Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return on products. Customers have the right to apply for return within 30 days after the delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without notifying us and getting approval from us. You will not get refunded in this situation. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs for any return. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You can keep all five bonuses, even if you decide to return the product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Returns and Refunds of eBooks and Non-Physical Goods
All sales of eBooks, digital downloads, and other non-physical goods are final and non-refundable. Once these products have been delivered, they cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of digital items, which can be easily copied or duplicated.
If a digital product (e.g., eBook or downloadable resource) has been added to an order at no additional cost or as a gift, and the entire order is later canceled or returned, the full retail price of the digital product will be charged and deducted from any refund due. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge this policy and agree to the associated charges if the entire order is canceled or returned.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
